Sorry I've been MIA!

I can't hardly believe that Marburger time is here again! We have been working like crazy people to get things done around here! Slowly but surely it is all coming together! Some how I don't feel like I have a fabulous load this time. There are times when you know you have good stuff and you are really excited about decorating with that stuff! Then there are times when you feel like you stuff is a little generic and your not sure what you are going to do with it when you get to that 20 x 30 foot space in the plain white tent! You worry if you will be to tired to be inspired, or will things just fall into place! These are a few pictures of the fall show, and I was very excited about the load we had!

Make no mistake I am very excited about going to Texas, I can't hardly wait! We will be driving 2 trucks this time, just don't think it will all fit in the box truck! I have some very heavy industrial stuff that will have to ride in the back of the pick-up truck. So I dread that 22 hour drive to get to the show! But boy when I get there my heart starts beating real fast and I just can't wait to get out into some of those fields to meet and greet old friends and do some shopping!

I finally have my Internet up and running for the second time! The cable guy has been here 2 times this week, guess he is getting sick of me by now, but I think he fixed the problem this time!

Hope you enjoy these pics of past booth and I look forward to showing you pics of the spring booth! Keep you fingers crossed that I haven't lost my decorating mojo, been six months since we sat up at a show! Can you tell I'm nervous?

I doubt you've lost your mojo-just nerves- but the crowds are out, from our experience, and you'll do great. GO GET 'EM!

Fabulous stuff!

I may try and talk hubby into going to Round Top. We're in Houston, so it isn't terribly far away.

The stark truth is I don't need a thing. That's why I created this blog... to get rid of some of my collected clutter--oops--treasures.

Here's wishing you a great sale.

That ol' mojo will start beating the minute you arrive...it's in the air and you'll be right in the thick of the frenzy...people are hungry and are sick of that crap they keep hearing on the news.

You're gonna have a great show, then I'll see ya in the spring and we'll toast another glass of wine to the success of another great show...then we'll get down to business and start buying more junk...I mean 'GOOD STUFF'!!!

Will be thinkin' of ya and cheering you on from Iowa!!!

Miss ya sista!

T-Why don't you head up to Massachusetts and "style" my shop and my house??? That'll get you back into the "swing" of things! Oh lord, how I would love to have you do that! There is not a day that goes by that I don't drool over something in a magazine, or something on a blog, but never, and I mean never have I seen anyone as talented as you at putting it all together. Your work is stunning and inspiring. I don't think you have to worry, it's running in your veins, it's who you are. As soon as you pull up to your space, pitch the tent and unpack, it'll all come together once again. I just wish I could see it! Take lots of pics!
