All Work And No Play!

All work and no play seems to be the theme for me lately! I have been up to my eyeballs in tax paper work (pulling my hair out). I finally got finished last night! Thank goodness! But all work and no play makes Theresa very restless! I took a break on Saturday and Craig and I moved some stuff around in the house! I get tired of looking at things the way they are, I just need a change! And I have been going through that, less is more stage! Trying to thin things out! You know, less to dust!
My living room is so small there is not much I can do with it, only two ways to put my sofa, against the window (the way it was) or pulled out in the middle of the floor! But I was very happy with the changes, I think I will be satisfied for a little while!

Next week I have to get started on my Texas load! Not much time left, but the weather has been so yucky it's hard to work on things! I can't wait to see all my friends! I love Texas!

Theresa

Happy Birthday Theresa. Sorry I missed it, but other than the tax papers, sounds like you had a good one. I am trying to reno a room, but running into the winter blahs.

I was laughing the whole time I was reading this. I am exactly like this and my living room is the same way, not too many options.
Beautiful accessories. Where ever did you get that crown?

Everything looks lovely, as usual. Have a blessed week.

I also am limited as to what I can do with my living room. i also have been trying to reorganize & declutter a bit, but got tired of fooling with it and stopped. I did get all my tax papers together, just need to sit down and do them.

Ahhh...isn't it refreshing, moving things around in the house? I'm liking the white iron thingy stand in front of the window. Good stuff. Happy packing!! See you soon! ~Mindy

Your house just blows me away eveytime I see it. When I saw it in Country Living a couple of years ago I carefully cut it out & pasted it to my inspiration album. I would lose my mind if I saw it in person. I think I bought something from you in Round Top last year. Next time I go I will look you up for sure! Lisa

Love it!!! Must be alotta that going around, I rearranged my front room too, why is it that a change in our little homes makes us so happy...are we so fickle...or are we just loving our spaces...?

It's raining right now, but about to quit...when the sun pops out, I'm on the road again...guess where...heehee...

OMG I just made the connection. You are the Theresa Smith from the Country Living article awhile back. I loved that article and what you've done with a double wide is amazing.
