Book Pages

Source: Karla Nathan

I saved this picture about a year ago from
(I didn't ask her if I could use the picture because at first I didn't know the name of the blog!) Hope she doesn't mind! This girl has got it going on! And I love, love, love all these book pages covering the wall! I use book pages and sheet music on a lot of my furniture redo's! If I had the guts I would do this in my house! Not sure how hard it would be to get off if you got tired of it! Who knows maybe I will try it!

What a great idea. I would try it if I could find anything like that around here to put on the wall. What exactly did she use, is it a particular kind of book?

Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend.

Thanks for the nice compliments! I'm pretty fickle about decorating at my house, but I don't think I'll ever get tired of my book page wall.

If you do decide to give it a try, I think it is important to use a variety of book pages, not all the same book. Also, I saw on someone else's blog that you can do this with liquid starch instead of glue so that it is temporary!!

(although mine has been glazed over with bronze and sepia paint, so it wouldn't have worked with starch instead of glue)

I still hate this new blog thing too, I have the worst time with Piper's blog...IT SUCKS BLOGGER!!!
